In today's times, there is a multitude of guidelines, certificates, compliance requirements, and environmental standards. Leiton always strives to stay at the forefront, to implement the constantly growing requirements, and to surpass them sustainably whenever possible. CERTIFICATES
Our processes meet the strict requirements of ISO 9001 certification. This globally recognized standard ensures that our processes are continuously monitored and optimized to ensure consistent quality. For customers in the automotive industry, we offer printed circuit boards according to VDA 2.0. These standards guarantee the highest quality and safety. Relevant IATF 16949 certificates can be provided upon request by the respective supplier. Environmental sustainability is important to us, which is why we proudly hold the ISO 14001 certification.
We are committed to sustainable production and minimize our ecological footprint through responsible resource management. QUALITY
Clear Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) are also possible. Our products comply with IPC standards (Institute of Printed Circuits), which establish design and manufacturing guidelines for electronic assemblies. We adhere to IPC-A-600 Class 2 and Class 3 to ensure that our printed circuit boards meet the highest requirements for quality and reliability. All printed circuit boards undergo electrical testing, which we can confirm upon request with an E-test protocol. Conformance reports confirm with each delivery that the supplied goods meet your specifications and have been tested accordingly. Custom measurement reports can not only confirm verified geometries but, upon request, also resistances or inductances. Impedance tests for RF printed circuit boards can be created and provided with the help of test coupons. An online calculation is available for impedance measurements. Detailed cross-sectional images are created as part of routine process control or upon request with first article inspection reports.
These images detail whether the required copper sleeve thickness has been achieved and whether the quality of the printed circuit boards remains stable even under high loads.
Surface thickness measurements are also routinely conducted for all gold surfaces (ENIG, ENEPIG, hard gold) to ensure optimal durability. Such protocols can also be provided with the printed circuit boards upon request.
COMPLIANCE
A large part of our printed circuit boards can carry the UL certification mark upon request, certifying compliance with strict safety standards regarding flammability. Over the years, a variety of special materials have received UL approval. We also confirm that we do not process any conflict minerals from the Congo. The RoHS compliance of our products demonstrates our commitment to health and environmental safety. Furthermore, our products are free from hazardous substances according to REACH. In addition, we have even tested flexible printed circuit boards according to the LFGB (German Food and Feed Code) and adhere to compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
In addition to important compliance regulations regarding substances and the origin of materials, we also commit to upholding high social standards and compliance with the Minimum Wage Act (MiLOG)through our Compliance & Ethics policies.
