Tips for your perfect application

Have you almost finished school and want to start your career with an apprenticeship? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

Here you will find tips on how to apply:

How do I apply online?

Please send your online application in PDF format only to jobs@leiton.de.

Make sure that your e-mail address sounds serious - so don't use: hallihallo@musikantentreff.de
If you do not have a suitable e-mail address, now is a good time to create one.

The total size of the documents to be uploaded is limited to 10 MB.

Ideally, you should merge your application documents into one document before uploading.

Please attach the following documents to your online application:

  • CV in tabular form (the following must be included in chronological order: your name, address, telephone/cell phone number, date of birth and school education)
  • Application photo - we do not judge you by your appearance. However, if you would like to send us an application photo, you are welcome to do so. We would be delighted to see it - you can view our team photos here.
  • Documents relevant to your professional career to date, such as copies of references or certificates
  • We don't need cover letters because we know that formulating a cover letter takes a lot of time and is extremely difficult. Instead, please answer our questions to help us get to know you better and find out more about your motivation.

    1. Why exactly do you want to learn this apprenticeship?
    2. What appeals to you about Leiton as a training company?
    3. Do you have any hobbies/interests or internships that could be useful for the job?

Try to answer these questions as freely and authentically as possible.

Congratulations!

Your documents have convinced us and we would like to get to know you.

  • Take a close look at the directions/site plan and plan a time buffer so that you don't get into a rush or arrive too late.
  • Do not dress up! Choose appropriate clothing in which you feel comfortable. (You don't need suit and tie with us).
  • Maintain eye contact with the person you are talking to and give them a smile from time to time - this creates a pleasant atmosphere :-)
